Delivery

Standard: £3.50 (Highlands and Islands £9.50) - you can expect to receive your purchase after 9-10 working days from the day you place the order.

Express: £6.50 (Highlands and Islands £12.50) - you can expect to receive your purchase after 4-5 working days from the day you place the order.

Free delivery for orders over £120

All dispatching and delivery times are estimates as they depend on my print supplier and courier services. If you need a print by a specific date, please get in touch and I’ll try my best to accommodate this.

Return policy

You are entitled to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

• If the item is faulty or damaged, I will ask you for specific details and pictures to process a full refund including delivery costs or to send you a replacement.

• If the item is in good condition. you can send it back to me for a refund of the item price (excluding delivery costs). You are responsible for paying the shipping on the return.

• I will process a refund or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

• To be eligible for a refund on an item in good condition, you need to ensure the item reaches me safely and it is as new.

I reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion.

Pet Portrait Commissions

Due to the personalised nature of the pet portrait commissions, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products. If you contact me within 12 hours of placing your order, I will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
